However, we do require that you give us a minimum of 24 hours cancellation notice for your reserved appointment. If you fail to provide this and we are unable to re-sell your appointment, then we will charge 50% of the treatments booked. We are a small local business and this helps recover some of the loss of earnings to us! Staff are self-employed so their time is precious and valuable to them. 

When booking appointments, please inform us if you are pregnant or have any other condition that may affect your treatment as we can recommend alternatives if required.

If you would like to see a particular therapist, then please request this when booking your treatment.

We do not accept cheques and we currently do not have the facilities to accept credit and debit card payments. We accept gift vouchers and all vouchers are valid for 12 months.
